Preethi, a college student, fell from the train while trying to grab her cell phone at Indira Nagar railway station in Chennai on the 2nd. He was seriously injured and was admitted to Rayapetta Government Hospital in Chennai for treatment. He died today after undergoing treatment there.
Sasikumar hails from Thiruvik Street, Kandanchavadi, Chennai. His daughter Preethi was 22 years old and was working in a private company in Kotturpuram. On the 2nd evening, Preethi took a flight home from Kotturpuram. When the train was arriving at Adyar Indira Nagar railway station, two unidentified persons tried to snatch Preethi’s mobile phone from her who was standing near the stairs.
Then unexpectedly, Preethi fell down from the moving train. It was reported that there was a serious injury to the head Police rescued Preethi and admitted her to Rayapet hospital for treatment.
The Thiruvanmiyur Railway Police registered a case and conducted an investigation. In this condition, Preethi, who was admitted to the hospital, died this morning without treatment.
After this, the police arrested both Manimaran from Adyar and Vignesh from Pattinambakkam who tried to take the cell phone from Preethi.
The incident of a young woman falling from the train after trying to snatch her cell phone from a moving train has caused great shock and sadness.
